Strategy Session

I'm Jeff. My path to becoming a life, leadership, and now a ​social media strategist and a TikTok Creator Network owner is ​deeply personal, shaped by both my professional experiences ​and life-changing events. Losing my dad in April 2019 was a ​turning point, pushing me into deep self-reflection and setting ​me on my current path on social media. He was my guide and ​mentor, and his teachings are at the heart of my approach in ​live today. He taught me to “do something and be good at it” as ​a life strategy way back in the day.

My leadership roots trace back to my early days as an Airman, ​with a significant boost from attending the '7 Habits of Highly ​Effective People' course. Climbing to Chief Master Sergeant in ​the Air Force, a role filled by few, taught me leadership, ​resilience, and the power to inspire others—skills central to my ​coaching today.

I've been recognized with awards like the Stripes for ​Exceptional Performers and six Meritorious Service Awards, ​rounding off my military career with a Bachelor’s in Leadership ​and the Legion of Merit Award.

In my coaching, I focus on personal growth, resilience, and ​finding your purpose. I offer one-on-one and group sessions ​designed to help you overcome challenges, set goals, and ​pursue your passions.
